• Shipping is free for orders of € 50.00 or more.
• Shipping is € 8.00 for orders under € 50.00.
• After your payment is verified, it may take up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
• We use an insured courier to deliver your orders. We guarantee receipt of your order within 24/48 business days, except during holidays or heavy traffic.

1. www.mycutepicci.com ships throughout Italy, excluding the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino.

2. www.mycutepicci.com will only deliver to the user’s home or wherever indicated at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery is generally made within 2-4 business days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time frame when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.

4. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to arrange a new delivery.

5. If you are unable to be present at the agreed-upon delivery location at the agreed-upon time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.

6. If delivery is not possible for reasons beyond our control after thirty days from the date the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.

7. Following termination, all amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard method offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 15 days of the date of termination. Transportation costs resulting from termination may be additional and will be borne by the buyer.
